Good news everybody. The In House Communication Task Force Committee and the Employee Wellness Committee have been merged. What does this mean? It means the Employee Wellness & In House Task Force Committee is too long to write in the conference room book and we need a new name. You can help by suggesting a new name for our group (some names that have been suggested is GenFit or Genesee us Get Fit), but we want to hear your ideas. Also we will accept submissions for a Logo Contest that can be used for our functions and swag.
The deadline for submissions (to lcaverly@gchd.us or posted here) will be May 8th by 5pm. From May 11 to 15th voting will begin for the potential names.
The winner(s), the new name and logo will be announced Tuesday May 19th for our Healthy Luncheon/Walking Challenge Kick Off at McCree South. Winner(s) will be given a prize from the committee.

My suggestion for the new name is; Fit In Genesee.
Merging our fun stuff with the staff wellness committee is a great idea. I like the In House Wellness Committee name; I think that captures what the commitee is all about.
