Visitors to the Health Department must be escorted by a staff person when in non-public areas of the Health Department and will be given a visitor’s badge that must be worn in plain sight. Staff issuing visitor badges will date the badge before giving it to the visitor.
Each building will maintain a visitor’s log in a central location. The visitor’s log will detail name of visitor, date and time the visitor arrived and left, and the employee the visitor was here to see. The staff person who the visitor is at the Health Department to see is responsible for ensuring that visitor is signed in and out on the visitor’s log. For meetings, the meeting sign-in sheet may serve as the visitor’s log. The employee coordinating the meeting is responsible for putting a copy of the sign-in sheet into the visitor’s log.
If your area needs visitor badges, please e-mail call April Swartout.
Thank you.
